Founder and Principal
Andy Coffey
Andy Coffey is a founder and principal of Eastwood Homes. He was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. Before founding Eastwood Homes, Andy practiced land use and real estate law in Gainesville. Andy graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction and received a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s law school. He is a member of the Florida Bar and a licensed building contractor.
Homebuilding Team Lead
Megan Atwater
Megan Atwater leads the homebuilding team for Eastwood Construction. Megan loves workings with clients to design their homes. Megan is a licensed real estate broker and has been working in the Gainesville area for more than 8 years. Prior to joining Eastwood, Megan successfully renovated and built almost 20 homes. Megan quickly fell in love with Gainesville after moving here to attend the University of Florida and thoroughly enjoys building homes that improve our city.
Superintendent
Adam Williams
Adam Williams is a Gainesville native with extensive experience in hands-on craftsmanship. After starting his career building boats, he transitioned into historic preservation 15 years ago, restoring a variety of older buildings throughout the state. Recently returning to Gainesville, Adam has joined Eastwood Homes, where he applies his practical skills and attention to detail to every project.
